Easter Sunday, 12 APR:

Introit:  Easter Song (a Capella)
See, What a Morning
Oh, Happy Day! Tim Hughes  (I am psyched to do this!  First time for this song and the first time for an electric guitar in our church.  I can't think of a more joyful sounding, lyrically wonderful song for Easter Sunday morning! Though I'm sure there are some. Wink )

Anyone doing Revelation Song for Easter?

To say this is just an anointed performance would be a gross understatement... Revelation Song (Live) - Kari Jobe

I played the Saturday night service.

We played
-Let it Rise
-Great is the Lord
-Cannons
-oh How He Loves

This week was amazing. It ended up being a three piece band (last second things came up and a few people couldn't make it) with my best friend on drums and my old pastor on Guitar and Vocals. It was the old youth band after a year and a half of not playing. It was Andrew's (drummers) first time playing in a while for the Saturday/Sunday services and he was really nervous (completely not like him, so it was kind of funny  Grin), but it turned out really amazing.

Basses do not "gently weep"... they will rattle the walls, lay the foundation, soothe the body and the mind, or bellow in fury as they strike you down with a bat'leth, but they do not "gently weep"...
